Jasper de Tarr has co-produced events combining performance and technology which include: Augmented World Expo ('11 + '14), Bay Area Projection Mapping Festival, with Kinetech DANCE:HACK ('14 and '15, 3D sensor performance), and the CODAME Virtual Reality festival with Mozilla in it's annual Art+Tech Series. Most recently his work with Raktor has included VR live performance, directing 360 films, and Live Streaming VR/Interactive performances.
Dustin Freeman has built several low to high level technologies for immersive experiences. His doctoral work was Improv Remix (which you can see in the Portfolio Section) a Kinect interface for improv performers to create video mashups on the fly. At Microsoft Research, he did interactive design for Kinect Fusion. He has worked at Occipital on the scripting system and components of Bridge Mixed Reality Platform.
Tristan Irvine is the animator, editor, designer, social media marketer, for Raktor. Tristan Irvine has an Associates in Film & Television, Visual Communications, and a Bachelor's in Media Arts & Animation. His study is in Motion Graphics, Projection Mapping, and Digital Videography, minoring in Design, Social Media, and Virtual Reality. Tristan enjoys making 360 films, projection mapping, and editing. Tristan has worked on projects for New Eccentric, Deschutes Brewery, Fou Fou Ha, Blast Off Events, Firefly Creations, and Sweet Can Productions.
Kevin is a designer, photographer, and all-around creative at heart. He has experience in the fashion and t-shirt industry (via sewn+still), 3d, motion graphics, photo editing, and design. And photography. He has also build Projection sets, and filmed many events! He prides himself on time management, overall customer experience, and the uncanny ability to make coffee with nigh anything. (best to date: grounds from a k-cup, t-shirt for a filter, water boiled on a radiator.) Believing no job is too big or small, he carries the same positive, customer-centric mindset into every project. Kevin has worked with clients such are Doodad Studios, American Makers (Science Channel), Sewn Still, and Vogue Homes Sacramento.
Joshua Marx is an immersive theatre artist who has designed, produced, written, directed, and acted in productions and experiences across the globe. He received his MFA in Acting at the Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University and is the founding member of the immersive theatre collective “FloodLight Productions” where he created experiences such as The Being, an interactive adaptation of Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein. In New York, he trained and worked with “Third Rail Productions” which is famous for the innovative site-specific productions such as Then She Fell and The Grand Paradise. In the Bay Area he has worked with Boxcar’s The Speakeasy as well as “Epic Immersive”. Joshua is a member of Actor’s Equity as well as the Society of American Fight Directors (SAFD) and has directed productions ranging from Shakespeare to Musicals to Interactive Immersive Experiences. Joshua is a Professor of Theatre Arts at San Jose State University where he teaches Acting and specializes in the instruction and research of immersive techniques for performers.
